Think it's pretty much axiomatic we'd like to finish highly in the AP/Coaches' bowls (sadly no computer polls -- the BCS versions, due to their political shenanigans, love us). Unfortunately, from this perspective -- aside from the Rose Bowl win -- bowl season hasn't been doing great. The Pac-12 face plant is one factor; but New Years' Day (again, aside from Rose Bowl) didn't work out well for us -- we would've wanted Michigan and Nebraska to triumph over South Carolina and Georgia. (Though Clemson beating LSU could direct some votes our way)

Here are our remaining rooting interests:

Louisville over Florida
Oregon over Kansas State
