We knew to cover Toney and didn't. 
He made half their yards, plus 3 TDs.
Agree with msqueri that half the problem is our Defense is cannot put pressure on the QB. 
Any cover defense cannot last 5+ seconds. 

Indeed. The defense could have good coverage on Toney for a while (sometimes too short of "a while"), but as the play continues he was inevitably going to break open. He also knew how to read what Stanford was doing and run away from that. No pressure made a lot of that possible. IMO that was more than a 50% contribution.
