Have you been to Jonesboro?  I think Larry Scott should play a bowl game there against a Sun Belt foe, preferably on a Monday in early December or the day after the National Title game.    ;D

I may be too optimistic, but I think our days of losing assistants at a high rate may be coming to an end.  If Shaw is serious about staying long-term, I think there is less reason for these guys to reposition themselves.  Shaw has said publicly that perhaps in contrast to prior regimes he offers assistants a great work/life balance.  If they are getting housing assistance to offset the cost of living issues, I would think this would be a top destination for assistants.  The one possible negative I can think of would be the national recruiting/travel grind, although that might appeal to some guys also.
