I think the era of trust the process is finally ending. 

2021 and 2022 were the end of the Shaw era
2023 - excitement with Troy Taylor Trust the Process
2024 - year 2 fall short but hey Andrew is at the head of the program now.
2025 - Slightly better look under Reich
Offseason - lackluster transfer portal and coaches hiring after getting Tavita.

Besides 2020 we haven't seen a competitive team since 2018. I think everyone is ready to stop being a doormat and see a competitive team. We're ready to see results instead of trust the process.

Tavita and Andrew will likely get one more year but if next year is a dud again then it's time for a change all around.
