If the Colts want Hamilton, I think that speaks well of him -- the Colts have some in-house, first-hand knowledge of Pep's coaching. So he may very well turn out to be a loss for us.
That said, I have to admit to having thought along FramBoy's reasoning above. The offense overall, and quarterbacks in particular (which were Pep's primary roles), didn't exactly impress during his tenure (aside from Luck, who needed little coaching at that point in his Stanford career).
