I am happy, of course, that Tinkle seems to be becoming more confident taking shots beyond the arc, but I remain frustrated by her inability to finish at the rim. My theory is that tries to put the ball straight in, which requires a very soft touch, which makes her soft. Why doesn't she go off glass? She can be much more aggressive. The margin of error is so much higher, it's hard to believe she doesn't take advantage of it.Â
