I can tell you he's extremely well-respected among his peers in the league and he was the natural choice for the job. Shaw clearly recognized that. I know he spent four seasons with the Jets and he and Noel Mazzone became good friends during that time and Noel can't stop raving about him. Give him a couple of seasons before we start talking about him moving up. But he certainly is one of the brighter pro-style minds in the country.
