I'm somewhat tempted to come out of retirement and try out for Ninja Warrior
For the pride of Asian-American men across the country, you totally need to do this. I remember catching an episode of Ninja Warrior and the commentators kept saying no human has ever successfully completed the course. I got suspicious so I checked, and, of course, several Japanese guys have conquered the course on the original version of the show. Are Asians some other species? What are we sub-human? Once again the Asian man gets shafted by mainstream media.

Oh my gosh Publius, I hate you so much. Tonight, Mrs. GoodGrief said to me, "Oh tonight I recorded the Best of 2012 American Ninja Warrior episode--I thought it'd be fun to watch." And I was watching that thing and thinking, "I think I can do that!!!" So I jumped on www.anwtryouts.com , and while the official deadline appears to have been 3/15, the website appears to be allowing me to submit an application (I assume they figured that they'd get some extra applicants from the airing of this episode).
I don't think anybody proofread the application form. The following are four different questions on the application
What is your proudest non-athletic achievement overall?
What is the most difficult non-athletic thing you've ever gone through?
What is the most difficult non-athletic thing you've ever had to overcome?
What has been the non-athletic highlight of your life thus far and why?
Will keep you posted if anything happens from this. Annoyingly, I'm at the age where if I make it, I will be labeled, "inspirational."
