I do agree with what Kara Lawson has been saying on ESPN about raising the quality level of the referees in Women's Basketball. As the quality of the game elevates and you have players and coaches putting so much work and effort into playing the game at the highest level - they really do need referees that can match that level of effort and play.
With all the big TV dollars flowing into NCAA sports, they really need to spend some of that money on paying to attract and develop better referees.
