After seeing all of the new uniforms onstage, it is obvious that Low APR U has recieved a discount on West Virginia's year-old football costumes--WV is the only team I can think of that has sported the all-yellow look (and it was hideous--link below for the worst college football unis--they look identical to Low APR U's new togs), and they also trotted out the all-gray look last year.  The last PAC-12 team in all gray was WSU--those monstosities defied description and common sense--Low APR U didn't want to be left out!

During the early 200s, Cal and West Virginia had nearly identical uniforms. Cal has changed its basic design of stripes beginning at the waist and curving in. West Virginia has not.
