Few thoughts:

* Seemed like we passed more than was advisable (if it were a normal game), and used less playaction than we should. Probably more a point of emphasis than an actual sign of the direction of the offense

* Hogan (naturally) got to use his legs less frequently than he would in a usual game, so the two preceding facts definitely downgraded the offense.

* Hogan was up-and-down as a thrower. Still not quite accurate enough on long throws, though he did complete one to Rector (though that had almost nothing to do with Hogan). Considering how little he used his legs, I think it was more encouraging than not, though he surely needs to improve.

* I was frustrated how much shotgun we used relative to pistol. I'd like more of the latter.

* Depth chart-wise, looked like we saw Rector/Montgomery/Whitfield as the top group at WR, more Wilkerson than Gaffney, a genuine split at Center (but slightly more Danser?); defensively I thought maybe more Vaughters than Lueders and more Lyons than the rest of the horde at CB.
