If you don't like Asians, Jews, or homosexuals, Manhattan, New York is not your place.  Manhattan, Kansas might be a better destination as it has a much smaller population of the aforementioned groups.

BTW I was born in Kansas.  Not kidding.  I might very well be the second ethnic Asian born in Kansas.  My cousin beat me by a couple weeks.  I was 9 lbs at birth.  The doctor proclaimed: "We've got a QB here!"

When I arrived at Stanford from the Midwest in the 60s, I thought it was really exciting to think I'd actually meet Asian-Americans.  Started chatting with a Chinese guy in the bookstore during Orientation week, only to find that he was from - Detroit.
