Notre Dame's Golic transferring to Cincinnati

The South Bend Tribune reports: Tight end Jake Golic, son of former Irish defensive lineman Mike Golic, announced via Twitter that he will join quarterback Gunner Kiel in transferring to Cincinnati.

Golic did not catch a pass while appearing in five games as a backup to standouts Kyle Rudolph and Tyler Eifert.
