Does anybody here know the criteria for awarding them at Stanford?  Did it change with Shaw?

I think Axe stickers can be awarded both for meeting team goals and for individual plays. For example, if the defense holds the opposing offense to a specified goal for points or yards, that might be worth a sticker for everyone on the defense. Or an interception might be worth a sticker for the individual. I don't think the exact criteria ever have been made public.
