Garvin - I suspect they will divide the tix equally - 34000 for each school.  As for the home team issue...  I recommend that both teams be declared the "home team".  Much like the days of yore, both the Cardinal and UC could wear their home jerseys (something I remember seeing in my first Big Game in 1960).
