If we do not get the Sugar Bowl bid, then I am pretty sure the Alamo bowl will take us where we would probably play Texas or Oklahoma.
If 'Bama wins the SEC CG and goes to the NCG, I think the Sugar Bowl would probably have the SEC East champ either Missouri or South Carolina. Auburn plays in the SEC West, same as Alabama, so if Auburn loses the Iron Bowl it doesn't get a shot at the SEC championship.
