If you're equating "works" with "is infallible," sure, then you're right.  But it's a false equality.  When I say that it works, I merely mean that given the right athletes, Leach's offenses have shown success, even against good teams (though he's lost to good teams too).  At WSU, Leach definitely does not have enough talent to make his system (or arguably any system) work...
