Hopefully Mason isn't getting paid more than David Shaw.Â It seems Vanderbilt was in a no leverage situation, so may have made Mason an offer he couldn't refuse.

On another note, I must say I lost my innocence on this one.Â I truly believed Mason when in December he said he wasn't ready to leave Stanford.
