No, you're right.  They are not directly comparable.  The moral failure of Tiger's transgressions is an aspect totally missing from The Rant and far more profound.  My comment was, though,  specifically related to my degree of embarrassment that they are each connected to Stanford.  I'm not particularly interested in having a drink with Tiger either.
