Damn good post, washingtonmoney, one of many from you. You're good.
Inarticulate my ass. He speaks precisely and without hesitation in battle's heat. His interviews after were terrific; no one equaled him.Â
Sorry, but has anyone here ever--ever--heard someone dismiss a white player's interview as "inarticulate"?Â
Here is horsecrap public speaking. "We took it to a new level...we have to take it one game at a time. . We brought our A game. . .we knew we had to play 60 minutes and we did. . .it's a team game. . .it's a game of inches. . .it was a team effort. . .we just wanted it a little more. .. he really gave 110 percent. . .we need to take better care of the ball. . .I'd like to have that one back. . ."
Now ask: Anyone here ever hear Richard Sherman utter one of those banalities? Is there a fresher, more candid, more illuminating, more watchable, more thoughtful speaker in sports right now?Â
