Krugman's monopolistically competitive trade model?  My biggest regret from majoring in economics was not taking Krugman's class.  I had already finished the major and didn't have room on the schedule.  I should have just taken the class for fun and dropped it if I was going to get a bad grade.

I saw Krugman speak on his last book tour and the guy was frickin' hillarious.  I told him "If I had known you were this funny, I would have taken your class."  His response "I don't know if I'm funny now, but I certainly wasn't back then."
