Tim Young fun fact: I became a Golden State Warriors fan while at Stanford, and have seen some mighty lean years (I sure hope Stanford doesn't take as long to turn it around as the Warriors have). Part of this was due to absolutely dreadful drafting. Tim Young was the 27th pick of the 2nd round in the 1999 NBA draft by the Warriors, basically a "let's-throw-a-bone-to-the-local-kid, this-pick-is-totally-worthless" kind of a choice. The next pick (and next to last pick) in the draft that year: Manu Ginobili to the Spurs. @#$%!!!
