The worst story I've read about Brazilians partying at the World Cup occurred in Paris. France's defeat of Brasil made some Brazilian fans so upset that they tried to extinguish France's eternal flame under the Arc de Triomphe by urinating on it. One of these fans was of the fairer sex.
EDIT: Upon further internet research, the said fan was Mexican, a man, and extinguished the flame. I was sure that I read the above in a news account back in 1998. Perhaps he was a fan of The Selection and reported as such or French authorities at the time identified him as Brazilian.
