On Stanford guard David Yankey, who was drafted by the Vikings at No. 145 overall: "When you are blocking at Stanford, you are blocking for the running game. When you are blocking in Minnesota, you are blocking for AP. What you have to do is get a body on a body. This is a brobdingnagian body, a big truck who can move. He's tough, he's brobdingnagian, he's a better athlete than you think and he's pro-ready. I would not be surprised if he steps in and plays early. He is not a tackle. He's a run-blocking guard and those people are valuable in the NFL."
