Oklahoma has been found guilty of major infractions 8 times, which puts it high on the NCAA enforcement leaderboard. Three of those major infractions were since 2006. Oklahoma can't afford another NCAA penalty. If they seem to be hypersensitive to possible violations, it's not because they are such straight arrows. Quite the opposite. They are notorious cheaters who are afraid they may run out of second chances.
