Yow! I think from the guaranteed money that's been handed out, the 49ers really like Skov. I would be very happy with such a "consolation prize."

Really? $10K guaranteed isn't a whole lot more than a lot of his Mgmt Science classmates will be getting from their employers. That's not a whole lot of money to the 49ers. I don't think this bit of news increases my expectations of Skov making the 53-man roster, or the practice squad for that matter.
