This is the biggest bunch of hogwash I have read in awhile. Had to wash my hands, eyes and mouth afterwards. Shaw gave his opinion. Hruby doesn't support his opinions just tries to belittle Shaw. There are legitimate differences of opinion on this subject, but this article doesn't belong in that debate. Just bad.
