In 2011, Stanford was ranked 4th in the country in TD conversions in the red zone. 
In 2012, Stanford dropped to 67th.
In 2013, Stanford dropped to 83rd.
So far in 2014, Stanford is ranked 121st.

It would be nice to see someone ask Shaw in the presser today about these stats and to what he attributes this steady decline.  I don't think it is a pure pass vs. run situation.  It has to go deeper than that, to the types of plays being run, and the personnel on the field.
