I dunno, there are plenty of insufferable UCLA fans I know, and I imagine it's going to get worse if they continue to be a strong program.
That being said, USC fans are in a league of their own. Fortunately, I think even if they beat us 10 years in a row, the 24-23 game and the double nickels game have been so indelibly burned into their psyche that any gloating they do is tempered in the back of their minds by the knowledge that simply whispering the name of Tavita Pritchard or Jim Harbaugh will cause them to melt and/or return to the alternate dimension from which they came (aka Orange County).
