I'm still chewing on WIM's challenge that Bloomgren did two jobs in '12 '13 and the Oline improved. [Ergo, full time coaching might not be needed]. Haven't fully digested it, but when I look at the depth charts it sure looks like he had better talent and experience back then.  Not so talented (or, at least, not as productive) now and the experience has not yielded plug-n-play  (or at least, plug-n-win) OL performance.  Maybe THIS group does need lots of teaching and developing.

That seems plausible. But if the critical variable were the quality of the personnel, then it seems like Bloomgren is at worst a neutral here...and so calls to remove him from OC to allow him to focus on OL seem misguided. It also suggests the critical problem here isn't 2014 coaching, but class of 2012 evaluation.
