Maybe, but I would point out that all three of this team's interior guys are a definite downgrade from the guys starting last year. While I do think Shuler does some nice things, Wilkes truly played like an all-conference guy last year. He was an underrated player.

Plus, our RBs are a downgrade from Gaffney, obviously.

I think we all held out hope that the guys we have would develop into all-conference types like Wilkes did when he finally got a shot to start, but it's clear that's not happening this year.
