I'm pretty sure if a team drafts a tackle in the first round, even a good team, they expect him to play early on.  Of course, DeCastro didn't, but that was because he blew out his ACL in the pre-season...

He had a torn medial collateral ligament and dislocated knee cap, if you're scoring at home.  He actually ended up playing in four games that, his rookie season.
