Yup.
To be fair, Garcia was sent out to kick a lot of improbably long field goals, especially near the end of the first half. In those days, a missed field goal gave the opponent the ball at his own 20, so in a lot of circumstances, it was a like a punt that had some small possibility of yielding some points.
