If Hogan, Peat, Carter, and Hoffpauir return, Stanford could bring back 16/22 starters, including 9/11 on offense, a QB in his 4th year as a starter, and all five OL with potentially 91 returning starts between them.  That's a recipe for success.

When you consider Oregon loses Mariota + three Senior OL and had a combined 108 returning starts going into 2014, and UW loses four Senior OL and had 124 starts going into 2014, Stanford should be considered the favorite to win the Pac-12 North in 2015 if those guys return.
