I actually think that Harbaugh's "burn out" factor could play better in college than in the pros.  Most players are there for five years - that seems to be about Harbaugh's lifespan career-wise.  If he gets more autonomy than he got at Stanford or with the 49ers, as long as his players are keeping their noses clean and the team is doing well he probably won't rub too many people at the University the wrong way.

But the Raiders opportunity has to be pretty tempting, especially if Davis is willing to match Michigan's offer.
