Did you happen to see the spot with Bob Costas in which he disputed that the phase highlighted in your post has meaning since destiny is, by his definition, not controllable.  Probably true, but a good example of why he has become insufferable.

Well, it is annoying when he gets out of sync like that.

On the other hand, that particular concern would make it seem he would be quite at home posting on the Cardboard.
