Traffic is very light in the South Bay this week but no doubt that will change as you approach game time. I'd allow 2 1/2 hours to be safe but that will probably get you to your seat with 60 minutes to spare.
The Levi's people are still figuring out parking for their new stadium and for the Pac 12 championship game they didn't open all lots. That created a bit of a jam near Great America according to a friend who drove from Mtn View to the game. It took him 90 minutes from leaving his office to joining me at our seats.  Even accounting for the same level of confusion I'd expect leaving 2 1/2 hours before game time would be safe. If you aren't risk averse you could push it closer to kick-off.
