Who Shaw hires to replace this person could impact what many fans see as an improvement in the relationship with between the AD and admissions.  The director makes the trains run on time in daily operations and no doubt can influence/affect the workings of the  staff.
If he\'s aligned with Shaw\'s world view, then we\'ll be OK. Â But there are hundreds of ways that a mid-level manager can impose personal views onto the final decisions of his staff. Â We\'ll have to wait and see.
Knowing the process by which the AD and admissions work together, decide (and maybe appeal?) would be helpful, Â but I\'m not sure that kind of information is voluntarily shared.
