Ahh, yes, the Band's annual Big Game march to North Beach, which was then wall-to-wall strip clubs. The march started in Union Square (or maybe Fisherman's Wharf?) and ended outside one of the clubs. One of the women would come out and dance to the final number, her top coming off in the process, get arrested, and promptly get bailed out, all of it while newspaper photographers snapped away.

It was Carol Doda at her finest, garvin.  I had my younger brother visiting for one of those gala strolls around the city with the band.  He was a ninth grader, I believe, and was quite impressed when she took off her top.  More so the case, I suppose, since the internet had not become widely-accessible.  :P
