To me, it's the persistent failure of linebackers to seal the deal on what look like perfect blitzes.

And the frustrating thing is that in quite a few situations there were two Stanford players w/ the QB in their sights but they weren't aware of each other.  If they had co-ordinated their approaches there would have been no escape for our (potential) victim.
