I would call it underwhelming but not wildly disappointing by any stretch. Keep in mind he was stuck as Adrian Peterson's backup for his first four years, so you wouldn't have expected him to see much action except when Peterson was hurt/suspended. He did pretty well in those situations, including I believe at least two 100-yard games. And he leveraged that into a pretty juicy contract with the Jags that to date hasn't panned out.
However, of the 13 other RBs taken in that draft, four have more yardage, only two (Ryan Matthews & James Starks) have a more substantial role this year, and only 4 are even still in the league:
#9Â C.J. Spiller, Clemson - 3,362 yds, 4.9 ypc. 5 yrs with Bills, now with Saints in an infrequently-used role (12 carries in 5 games in 2015)
#12 Ryan Matthews, SDSU - 4,306 yds, 4.4 ypc. 5 yrs with Chargers, now with Eagles 2nd string (50 carries in 6 games in 2015)
#30 Jahvid Best, Low APR U - 945 yds, 3.7 ypc. 2 yrs with Lions, retired due to concussions
#58 Ben Tate, Auburn - 2,363 yds, 4.4 ypc. 3 yrs with Texas, split time with Browns & Vikings last year, no longer in NFL
#59 Montario Hardesty, Tennessee - 537 yds, 3.5 ypc. 2 yrs with Browns, no longer in NFL
#112 Joe McKnight, U$C - 505 yds, 4.5 ypc. 3 yrs with Jets, 1 yr with Chiefs, no longer in NFL
#139 John Conner, Kentucky - 108 yds, 4.0 ypc. 2.5 yrs with Jets, 0.5 with Bengals, 1 with Giants, 1 with Jets, no longer in NFL
#173 Anthony Dixon, Mississippi St - 909 yds, 3.4 ypc. 4 yrs with 49ers, 2 with Bills. Infrequently used (15 carries in 6 games in 2015)
#180 Deji Karim, Southern Illiinois - 341 yds, 3.1 ypc. 2 yrs with Jags, 1 with Colts, 1 with Texans, no longer in NFL
#188 Johnathan Dwyer, Georgia Tech - 1,022 yds, 4.2 ypc. 4 yrs with Steelers, 1 with Cardinals, no longer in NFL
#193 James Starks, Buffalo - 2,046, 4.4 ypc. 6 yrs with Packers, backup to Lacy (63 carries in 6 games in 2015)
#200 Charles Scott, LSU - never played in NFL
#237 Ryan D'Imperio, Rutgers - played LB 1 yr with Vikings, no longer in NFL
