Do you think McCaffrey's Voldemort chances would be better if more of our games had been played while East Coast voters were awake?  When even paid pundits are admitting they'd only watched 1 or 2 Stanford games all season?

Yes, I know most of them only watch games on tape, but I would bet exciting performances during DAYLIGHT hours might actually show up in, I don't know, mid-game highlight breaks and such, and would certainly have brought additional exposure.  Instead of say reviewing statistics the next morning while waiting for the NFL to kick.

The other thought I had yesterday:  why did the SEC championship game achieve such pride of place - the only major championship game scheduled for the 1 pm time slot, with the other three all competing directly against one another?  Again, think that might benefit Henry's chances, as the only candidate playing during the ultimate day of the season's prime viewing slot?

As the second question was purely rhetorical, no.  In a simple way, I actually did wonder if anyone had a clue how the scheduling for the games was decided.  The SEC championship game was on CBS as the only mid-day game, while the B1G was on Fox and the ACC and Pac-12 games were both on ABC/ESPN.  Why wouldn't ABC/ESPN want to scheduled one of those two games against the CBS, instead of both at the exact same time? And how does the CBS broadcast of the SEC interact with SEC network's relationship with ESPN?
