P.S.  I agree with stupac that the biggest risk is probably going to be a new strain of influenza or a new coronavirus (or other respiratory virus).

Wow I pulled coronavirus out of my butt, glad that was right. But, seriously, it's amazing to me how blase people are about flu when it's not named after an animal. Then again I didn't get a flu shot this year even with a pregnant wife, so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
