Not super informative but looks like some believe KH chose to be with Cleveland over KC. Maybe a good move. Cleveland seems to be cleaning house.

My gut tells me two things:  (1) KC signing Foles was not a vote of confidence for any of the (then three) backup QBs and (2) Hogan may have chosen Cleveland because of his connection with Pep Hamilton.  Also, RG3's and McCown's contracts are only good through 2017.
I still can't stomach that Kessler was picked two rounds ahead of Hogan. :'(

Jury is still out on Pep but the Browns have Hue and 70 year old Al Saunders (SI '64) to work with. Al is the NFL's offensive equivalent of Dick LeBeau.
