Guard play is going to be the barometer on Stanford's season.  We need at least one guard to be in double figures every game to have a chance to win against a decent opponent - Pickens is NOT a guard BTW he's a 3.  The defense seems to be there - none of our three losses were offensive blowouts by our opponents - but if we can't score from outside at the 1 & 2 it's gonna be a tough season.

I ended up in one of the general admission areas, with bleacher seating in a top corner of the arena. Saw a woman holding an infant; needless to say, the reputation of Kansas fans for coming out and supporting their team is well deserved.

When my son was 2 months old I took him to MBB games. I remember sitting in the upper corner section 9 near the top with my son, napping in his infant carrier. The team made a great play and everyone (including myself) stood and cheered. I looked over to my son and I could *see* he was crying, but I couldn't *hear* his cry! Or maybe he was cheering!
