Since his appearance at the combine, McCaffrey's draft stock has shot up, from being projected at the end of the first round, to what sounds like a guaranteed taker in the mid-teens, to now commonly being projected in the top-10. Here's a piece from NFL.com suggesting that C-Mac might be the first running back taken in the draft.

Also interesting that the fact that the NFL has seen a dramatic increase in the amount of shotgun formations is helping McCaffrey, who I agree does great from the shotgun. But it is a little ironic considering that for years, our QB's were considdered "more prepared" for the NFL by virtue of taking snaps under center. Of course, we run both the shotgun and pro sets, so I guess our guys are prepared for anything.
Excited for the draft tomorrow, and hope we land two guys in the top 10.
