Bob Whitfield's son, Kodi Whitfield, has been offered a scholarship. He's about half the size of his father (6'1", 178) and plays receiver instead of tackle. Rivals.com gives him a four-star rating. He's from Loyola High School in Los Angeles, and also holds offers from ASU, Boise State, Colorado, Northwestern, UCLA, and Washington, amongst others. According to Kodi, even though his dad is pushing Palo Alto, Stanford is not the front runner, just one of the schools on his list.
