If Colorado loses (which looks likely), it will be their 5th straight loss after starting the season 5-0. Tennessee looks poised to upset #11 Kentucky. And yes, no sign of Chryst in the box-score.
Bama is whipping Mississippi State, even though Tagovailoa (14-21, 164 yards, 1 TD and 1 Int) is not really having a very good game. Tide up 24-0 with around 9 minutes to go in the game. MSU has had some bad calls go against them; and they have been shooting themselves in the foot with penalties and one very costly turnover that led to a Bama score just when they had gotten a stop.
Apparently, Ian Book will not play vs. Florida State; but the Seminoles are so bad this year, the Irish will certainly win without him.
I read somewhere that Tua was pulled with a bad knee (had sprained it a while back and took a helmet to it today) and Jalen Hurts is unavailable due to surgery so they're using their #3 option.
Yes, it appears Tua played only the first three quarters, then exited in favor of the 3rd stringer, Mac Jones. But even through those three quarters, he was not really lighting it up and got sacked a number of times. I watched the first half; and it was not his usual fireworks.
Oklahoma and OK State are tied 41-41 with 6:42 in the 4th quarter. Cowboys are driving. On OK State's last TD, the kicker missed the PAT, otherwise it would be 42-41 in favor of the Cowboys. Now, they have to score to avoid OT. Ammendola will not be hailed in Stillwater if this goes pear-shaped on OK State.
Utah living off their kicker and their defense in the game vs. Oregon. 19-7 at the half, with 4 FGs by Gay, the last one a 55-yarder. That fellow is NFL material. Oregon looks bleak on offense. Utah's back-up QB (Shelley) is outperforming Herbert.
