First 7 USF points were off a goal line fumble return for TD by ND's big back (not their workhorse speed back). Wouldn't put too much into that. However, if the ND offense doesn't start clicking, then we can start drawing big conclusions :p

That guy was covered. Bad, bad decision...you couldn't have even led the receiver with enough space to be safe. The ball wobbled in the air too--duck of a throw.

The good news is that a lot of Stanford's best opponents looked really beatable. (Not.re Da.me, U.S.C., and others all looked terrible).
The bad news is that the back doors to BCS Bowl games probably were closed today because of the number of Pac-12 losses and UGLY wins. Stanford is almost certainly going to need to win the conference to get into a BCS bowl this year.

Although I like to see our future opponents do well before playing us, it is always a good day when NDU loses.
