apparently the nfl is using different cognitive scales for white and black players. in effect, if black, you have to score lower on the tests to qualify for post-concussion disability because blacks are expected to be dumber.

Taking what an attorney advocating for his client says to the press as “true” is a fools errand. There is undoubtedly much more to this.
